The Chinese Working Women Network (CWWN) is a non-governmental organization with the mission to promote better lives for Chinese migrant women workers by developing feminist awareness and workers’ empowerment. Our core members are labor organizers, feminists, university professors, researchers, social workers, cultural activists, workers and students. Our goal is to empower migrant women workers to strive for sustainable development in China. CWWN currently has vacancies on:

Project Coordinator


  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Interest in women workers’ issues, related experience preferred
  • Willingness to travel regularly to mainland China
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (oral and written)
  • Grant writing and project management experience preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate women worker training program: manage trainer staff team, develop training curriculum, and implement factory- and community-based women workers’ trainings across various sites
  • Coordinate policy advocacy research reports relating to migrant women workers
  • Represent CWWN at local and international conferences on women workers’ issues
  • Conduct project administration, including project application and reporting
  • Update and maintain CWWN website
