CWWN is a membership-based NGO which holds annual general meeting to elect an executive committee responsible for development policy. Both the members and executive committee members are volunteers who have strong commitment. In the frontline, three facilitators of Hong Kong are employed as project coordinators. They collaborate with a team of colleagues of ten mainland staff to implement various programs in China.

Our program funding is mainly contributed by charitable organizations and development agencies. There are also individual donations. Annual financial report is audited by the professional and fully accountable to the members.
